Since I have had both the honor and duty of being an expert advisor on several very well known consumer help and DIY Forums, I have been able to see how frequently the best advise that is freely available for all to see, often gets neglected and the choices wind up having severe consequences for the home owner.

It is not, Just Enough, to listen to only some of the advice, but all of the things that need to be confirmed when selecting a contractor to work on your home.

Use the advise wisely and definitely use it.
