I think the articles you wrote during the class and this summary of your HERS rater certification might help a lot of raters understand the process before they get involved. Those of us on the training and QA side have lots of good info on our websites, too, but it&#039;s just not the same as getting the first-hand perspective of someone who&#039;s just gone through it.
