The RRP

Per the EPA’s new RRP (Renovation, Repairs, and Painting) regulation all trade’s people, handymen, painters, maintenance workers, etc… working on Pre-1978 Houses, Childcare Facilities, and other “Target Housing” need to be certified as an EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm*. The Actual Regulation – TITLE 40 Part 745 - I can’t stress this enough; If you are a contractor, work in the trades, etc… you need to know what the regulation actually states. (As an FYI, the eCFR site has been changed around – hopefully we caught all the bad links, but if not – this one has been fixed)
